Massage & Stretch Therapy
Benefits of Massage & Stretching
Massage can improve posture, relieve soreness, boost circulation, and reduce stress. When you add focused stretch therapy, you not only increase range of motion—you’re more likely to maintain those results between sessions.
Our team specializes in barefoot massage. Using our feet allows broad, even pressure that works deeply without sharp discomfort. When precision matters—think head, neck/TMJ, or abdominal work—we use our hands. That balance protects your comfort and our longevity.
Deep Tissue, Trigger Point therapy, and cupping are included when appropriate. Prefer more mobility? Add 30 minutes to any massage or book a stretch-only session (athletic clothing recommended).
If other approaches haven’t delivered lasting relief, you’re in the right place. We match the tool to the tissue, not the other way around.
Ashiatsu is our signature massage where the therapist utilizes parallel ashiatsu bars on the ceiling for support and balance, along with gravity and body weight, to deliver a consistent, broad, and deep pressure massage with the feet. Pressure can be customized to fit clients' needs.
Barefoot Massage is excellent for individuals with chronic conditions such as back/hip pain, shoulder pain, or scoliosis. It's also highly beneficial for cross-fitters, runners, cyclists, and athletes looking for treatment and prevention of injuries, increased range of motion, fast recovery, and long-lasting results.

Why Barefoot Massage?
-
Deep work that feels soothing—not pokey
-
Broad contact helps muscles relax instead of guarding
-
Efficient coverage of big areas (back, hips, legs)
-
Consistent, adjustable pressure throughout each stroke
-
Sustainable for therapists → stronger, reliable care for you
-
How it works: Slow, grounded foot pressure can help down‑shift fight‑or‑flight and improve interoceptive awareness (your sense of the body from the inside). A clearer “body map” can shift pain perception and help reframe long‑held pain patterns.

Customized, therapist-guided stretching—on a mat or table, fully clothed—to reduce stiffness, restore range of motion, and improve how you move and feel.
