Barefoot Classes
We list courses in the order we recommend taking them. Everyone starts with Fundamentals. After that, you can take Intermediate or ROM—both build on the basics. Advanced requires Intermediate. Clinical courses are electives you can take after Fundamentals (unless a specific class notes otherwise).

In our foundation class learn one-foot, barefoot massage using overhead bars and gravity to deliver broad, consistent pressure without exhausting your hands. While the emphasis is on prone work, you’ll also learn a concise supine sequence for a balanced session. Expect plenty of feet-on practice, time receiving work, and a take-home sequence you can use immediately.
You'll also learn safe bar use and bar construction basics (layout, mounting/safety considerations), pressure control, client positioning, and session flow
Plus: a mini marketing module—how to introduce barefoot massage to clients, simple launch plan, and messaging you can use right away.

Prerequisite: Licensed/Registered/Certified Massage Therapist

Range of Motion
Barefoot massage stretch therapy training using Passive, active, and resisted ROM stretch therapy techniques.
This helps a practitioner effortlessly maintain consistent pressure and leverage while providing deep point holds, or long fascial stretches.
A full-body sequence is taught and can be applied while the client wears loose clothing, or embedded into any barefoot massage session using secure draping while blending ROM with gliding movements along the client's skin.
Comprehensive “feet-on” practice will allow you to explore the strokes on different clients in class, and you will awaken your feet’s potential to intuitively feel the tissue and what's going on underneath them.
Schedule: 9:00 am–6:00 pm daily, 1-hour lunch
2 days, 16 CEs, $500
