Specializing in Cupping, Pregnancy/Prenatal Massage, Advanced Ashiatsu, Range of Motion(ROM), & Rossiter.
From a very young age, I knew I wanted to help people. I began practicing massage shortly after graduating Miller-Motte College in Cary, NC, in 2009. In 2013 I went on to become certified in prenatal massage. It was working with prenatal clients, that I decided to focus my career on health and wellness. My journey has led me into many explorations about nutrition, fitness, and overall well-being.
As a massage therapist, I have to find ways and techniques that are beneficial for my clients, as well as myself. Taking care of my body is what helps me maintain my career. Conversations about bodywork have pushed me to learn as much as I can about living a healthier lifestyle. My goal is to help my clients reach their health and wellness goals.
I would like to become certified in geriatric massage eventually and donate my time on weekends to assisted living facilities. I love being outside and going on hikes in my free time. I enjoy the mountains and the beach. A few of my favorite things include coffee, flowers, sunsets, aquariums, and currently horse-back riding and boxing!
