LMBT #19480

Lead Barefoot Massage Therapist, Cupping Therapy

Shortly after graduating from Hollins University (Roanoke, VA)  in 2018 with my B.A. in Dance and moving back home to Hillsborough, I began to notice both physical and emotional changes due to my community of supportive touch being distant. That’s when I knew that I wanted to help cultivate that nurturing experience for others.

I graduated from Carolina Massage Institute in 2021, and am excited to continue to learn and hone my skills at Bull City Soles. Read More

Julie H Marciniak

Owner, Certified Advanced Rolfer™ & Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage Instructor

I received my original massage training from the Carolina School of Massage Therapy in 1992.  In 2002, after ten years of providing the deep tissue massage techniques my clients craved, the repetitive wear and tear were taking a toll on my wrists, elbows, and shoulders.  I was desperate for an alternative modality and pursued ashiatsu barefoot massage training.  Read More

Massage Therapists

Massage therapists are professionals trained in the art of touch where they manipulate the soft tissues of the body. Depending on the type of bodywork you choose, they may use their hands, fingers, knuckles, elbows, forearms, knees, feet, and other parts of their bodies to apply pressure on specific areas of the body. Not all states regulate massage but in those that do, they require graduation from an approved school that offers a minimum of 500 hours or more

The Most Experienced Team of Massage Therapists

Our massage therapists are highly trained bodyworkers who use their skills to help people feel better. We work with clients one-on-one, using a variety of bodywork techniques to release stress, promote relaxation, treat pain and encourage healing for the body. We are all trained in Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage among other massage and bodywork therapies.

Our various techniques include Ashiatsu massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, cupping, and much more. We have the best massage therapists in the business! You can trust our therapists because they've been carefully chosen by the owner, Julie Marciniak, who has 30 years of massage and bodywork experience and continues to train and mentor the Bull City Soles team of massage therapists. Our therapists are highly skilled, very dedicated, and have a high level of competency. If you ever have any questions or concerns about our massage therapists, we will be happy to answer them for you. You can call us at 919-477-9887 Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm and we are ready to help you whenever you need us.

Read Reviews About Each Therapist

Before booking an appointment with any massage therapist, read their reviews online. This will help you determine whether or not the therapist is reputable and experienced enough to provide quality service.

Reading online reviews of massage therapists is a good way to find quality massage therapy and bodywork that will specifically meet your needs. Massage reviews will provide information on the types of massage modalities used if they were effective if the person would recommend going back, if the studio is comfortable and pleasant, and other details that you may not have thought of.

Currently, Bull City Soles 130 five-star reviews from satisfied clients. We would love to work with you and help find body, mind, and soul balance, stress relief, support your surgery recovery and relieve your back pain, arthritis, neck pain, fibromyalgia, or other chronic pain issues. Our online scheduling is easy and convenient.
