Barefoot Massage Intern
It seems as though I have been massaging people my whole life. As a child, I remember massaging my grandmother's back as she stood hunched over washing dishes. I also remember massaging my mom's feet after a long day of work. They both said I had strong hands but yet I chose to pursue a more traditional degree in Business rather than in massage therapy.
After working at both a physical therapy clinic and chiropractic office I began my journey in understanding the importance of natural healing and the comfort and peace it brought to people after they left their appointment. I wanted to do more to help our clients other than verifying insurance and assisting them with their therapies so I enrolled in the Carolina Massage Institute and received my license in massage therapy.
What started out as a passion to help people has turned into a lifelong journey of discovery and inspiration to cultivate my talent as a natural healer of the body, mind, and spirit.
In my leisure time I enjoy exploring the beautiful mountains and beaches of North Carolina with my husband and three children who continue to support me on my journey.
